Referral and Partner Disclosure
CarrierSpring may earn compensation when customers choose certain independent insurance, ELD, registered-agent, payment, merchandise, or other service partners.
How compensation works
CarrierSpring may receive a fixed lead fee, referral fee, affiliate commission, revenue share, or other compensation when you request an introduction, follow a tracked link, submit information to a partner, or purchase a partner product or service. Compensation may vary by partner and transaction.
Your choice
Partner offers are optional. You are not required to use a CarrierSpring partner to purchase CarrierSpring services, and you may select another licensed or qualified provider. Unless clearly disclosed at checkout, referral compensation does not increase the CarrierSpring service fee shown for your application.
Independent providers
Partners are independent businesses responsible for their own products, advice, licenses, pricing, underwriting, contracts, privacy practices, support, and performance. CarrierSpring does not issue insurance, provide insurance advice, certify ELD compliance, or guarantee a partner’s approval or results. Confirm an ELD’s current FMCSA status and independently evaluate coverage, contract terms, and vendor suitability before purchasing.
Information sharing
CarrierSpring records when an authenticated customer opens a configured partner offer. We share application information with a partner only when you request or authorize an introduction or when disclosure is otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. Once you visit a partner’s site, that partner’s terms and privacy policy apply.
