Privacy Policy

This policy explains the personal information CarrierSpring collects, why we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: user identifier, name, and email supplied through sign-in.
  • Contact and application information: phone number, address, business names, formation state, ownership details, operating plans, vehicle counts, notes, and filing-related information you submit.
  • Service records: selected services, application status, messages, approvals, support history, and document-preparation activity.
  • Transaction information: service, amount, payment status, and related records. Payment providers process full card or bank details; CarrierSpring does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
  • Referral and product activity: whether you open an optional partner offer or request merchandise.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, authentication, security, and basic server logs.

Please do not place Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, medical information, or payment-card numbers in ordinary forms or dashboard messages.

2. How we use information

  • Provide accounts, applications, document preparation, filing support, status updates, messages, payments, and customer service.
  • Verify authority, prevent fraud, secure the site, troubleshoot errors, and maintain records.
  • Prepare or submit requested filings after authorization and coordinate requested third-party services.
  • Improve services, comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect legal rights.
  • Send transactional notices and, where permitted, marketing you may opt out of.

3. When information is disclosed

We may disclose relevant information to:

  • Government agencies or filing systems when you authorize a filing.
  • Vendors that host, authenticate, store data, process payments, deliver communications, or otherwise support CarrierSpring under appropriate restrictions.
  • Independent partners when you request an introduction or direct us to share information. Simply clicking a standard partner link does not send the partner your CarrierSpring application record, although the partner receives normal web-request information when you visit its site.
  • Advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
  • A successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws use broader definitions of “sale” or “sharing”; you may contact us to exercise any applicable right.

4. Cookies and authentication

The site may use cookies or similar storage required for sign-in, security, session continuity, preferences, and basic site operation. CarrierSpring does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising cookies. A payment processor or partner site may use its own technologies under its privacy policy.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain filing and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect against fraud. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable requirements. We may deidentify information and retain the deidentified form.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Protect your credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing, where applicable law provides that right. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required. You may also use an authorized agent where applicable. To make a request, email support@carrierspring.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. Children

CarrierSpring is intended for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. External services

Links to agencies, payment processors, insurance agencies, ELD providers, and merchandise vendors lead to independently operated services. Their privacy practices apply after you leave CarrierSpring.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date. Questions, privacy requests, and complaints may be sent to support@carrierspring.com.
