Independent filing support
CarrierSpring is a private company offering paid document-preparation and filing-support services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, USDOT, the IRS, any secretary of state, or another government agency. Customers may obtain forms and file directly through official government websites without purchasing CarrierSpring’s service.
Service fees versus filing fees
CarrierSpring’s service fee pays for preparation, organization, coordination, support, and other services described in your order. Government and third-party fees are additional unless an order expressly says they are included. An EIN can be requested directly from the IRS at no charge. Federal operating-authority and state entity fees are determined by the relevant agency and may change.
